COUNTRY FAIR STALL APPLICATION
Pitch size is 2.5m by 2.5m in a covered gazebo with a table (feel free to bring your own if you prefer):
- The stalls are erected and dismantled for you.
- The price for a stall depends on the use you will make of it. See below for prices.
- If you book before 28th February 2023 you get an early booking discount.

The following stalls/pitches will be located in the High Street

If you requite a pitch rather than a stall (e.g. for an ice cream van) then please use the message box and give the dimensions of the space needed.
*Any stall or pitch where food is sold must have, at least, a 4 Food Hygiene Rating as defined by the Food Standards Agency.
**All people selling alcohol must obtain their own TEN (Temporary Event Notice).
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The theme is Bygone 19th Century Steyning. All stallholders are requested to dress in appropriate period rural costumes.
2. The Country Fair takes place from 11am to 4.00pm. The High Street will be closed during these hours.
3. All stallholders must ensure their vehicles are removed from the High Street by 10am. No re-entry is permitted before 4.00p.m. except with permission of the organisers.
4. The location of the pitches will be decided by the Organisers.
5. The organisers reserve the right to refuse applications.
6. Steyning Country Fair Committee accepts no liability for any accidents, loss or damage, howsoever caused.
7. The organisers require all stallholders to have their own Public and Product Liability Insurance Policy.
8. The organisers regret that non SCF raffles or collection boxes will not be permitted.
9. Stalls must be continuously staffed for the duration of the Fair.
10.Cancellations are non-refundable.
11.Stall holders are required to refer to the Risk Assessment provided and adhere to requirements applicable to each stall holder.
Submission of your application form will mean that you have read and agree to abide by the terms and conditions as published above, and your application is accepted on that basis.
